Sport is almost always dependent on infrastructure. The challenge of sustainable sports facility construction has been recognised and there are already numerous lighthouse examples.
For example, we research the possibilities and limits of sustainability in the construction and operation of sports facilities and develop scenarios for the more sustainable use of existing sports facilities for recurring events.
