Victoria Knorr-Held holds the Staff Position Sustainability at 1. FC Nürnberg. After completing her master's degree at the German Sport University Cologne, her personal interest and perceived need to make a difference led her to the field of sustainability. With a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Sustainability Management in Sport and Sports Business from Leuphana University Lüneburg, participation in the CHANGEMAKER Academy and a Certificate in Football Sustainability Management from the Chamber of Industry and Commerce, she was able to further her theoretical and methodological education alongside her job in sustainability management.

At 1. FC Nürnberg, she is responsible for implementing and developing the sustainability strategy and for meeting the DFL's sustainability criteria. She is also one of ten elected club representatives on the DFL Sustainability Commission.
