Start of cooperation with the IHK

Auf Initiative von Joachim Raschke von der IHK Nürnberg für Mittelfranken und Prof. Dr. Torsten Weber von der CBS International Business School entstand die Idee, einen Zertifikatslehrgang "Nachhaltigkeitsmanager:in" Sport aufzulegen. Dieser soll dafür qualifizieren, nachhaltige Entwicklung in Sportorganisationen zu gestalten. Der Lehrgang ist als Kooperation zwischen der IHK, dem Sports for Future e.V. und der Denkfabrik sportainable angelegt und beginnt am 24. April 2023 in Duisburg.

On the initiative of Joachim Raschke from the Nuremberg Chamber of Commerce and Industry for Middle Franconia and Prof. Dr. Torsten Weber from the CBS International Business School, the idea arose to set up a certificate course "Sustainability Manager in Sports". This is intended to qualify students to shape sustainable development in sports organizations. The course is designed as a cooperation between the IHK, Sports for Future e.V. and the think tank sportainable and will start on April 24, 2023 in Duisburg.

First Sustainable Sports Symposium a resounding success

From September 24 to 26, 2023, our first Sustainable Sports Symposium took place at the University of Bayreuth. Under the motto "The Sport's Race To Zero" it was about Sport Ecology, Sustainability in Sports and Education for Sustainable Development.
