Lena Müller is doing her doctorate in ecology at the University of Innsbruck on the effects of increasing droughts on ecosystems as a result of the climate crisis. She works as a project manager at the Albrecht von Dewitz Foundation, which promotes projects on safe alpinism and sustainable mountain sports. In 2020, she was the first German woman to climb a route in grade E9 with the trad test piece "Prinzip Hoffnung" and traveled there mainly by train. As a freelance ecologist, she promotes sustainable outdoor sports. Her aim is to raise awareness of the climate crisis and highlight opportunities for action.
